Kids Love Summer Roller Skating Waiver and Safety Terms

Activity overview

Kids Love Summer runs children's roller skating sessions, parties and group activities with music, games, basic instruction and supervision.

Parent or guardian acknowledgement

By making a booking, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children listed in the booking, or that I have authority from the parent or guardian to make the booking.

Risks of roller skating

I understand that roller skating involves movement, balance and physical risk. Falls, trips, slips, collisions, bumps, bruises, sprains, strains or other injuries may occur even when reasonable care is taken.

Safety gear and behaviour

I understand that children must wear required safety gear and follow reasonable instructions from Kids Love Summer staff.

Children must skate safely, respect other participants, and avoid pushing, racing without permission or unsafe use of equipment.

Medical and safety information

I agree to provide accurate booking, emergency contact and medical/safety information, and to tell Kids Love Summer about anything that may affect safe participation.

Supervision and participation

I understand that Kids Love Summer will provide reasonable activity supervision, but children remain responsible for following instructions and skating within their ability.

Photos and videos

I understand that photo/video consent is separate from waiver acceptance. A child may participate without photo/video consent unless otherwise stated.
